The Lone Republic Steakhouse, The Bowery Bar and outdoor pavilion provides our customers with a unique dining, bar and entertainment experience. 

The Lone Republic Steakhouse features in house aged Certified Angus Beef ®Our aging process improves the beef tenderness and yields superior flavor.  For the best results and most intense flavors our beef is aged to perfection in house.

Our chef creates and prepares weekly lunch, dinner and dessert specials that feature seasonal ingredients.

Our menu features in-house prepared gourmet premium beef patties, chicken fried steaks, catfish, hand-cut fries and daily specials.

Our 3,000 square foot Bowery Bar features premium liquors, beer and wine. The atmosphere is relaxed and open and includes a stage for live music, karaoke and a dance floor.  The bar features a special menu created by our chef and is prepared in the Lone Republic Steakhouse kitchen.

Our 5,000 square foot private outdoor pavilion features a stage for live bands, outdoor bar, tables and seating to accommodate large groups.

We are excited to be the future of featured dining, bar and entertainment destination of East Texas.

How Would You Like Your Steak?
RARE: outside is grayish-brown and the middle of the steak is red and
slightly warm.

MEDIUM RARE:  a fully red but warm center; most upscale steakhouses recommend
cooking to this temperature.

MEDIUM:  a hot, red center with pink surrounding the center.

MEDIUM WELL:  purists insist there must be just a touch of pink allowed,

 but the extreme clear majority prefer no pink at all.

WELL DONE*:  the meat is gray-brown throughout and slightly charred.

About Lone Republic Steakhouse

Our newly remodeled restaurant is open and comfortable and the décor reflects a historic Texas theme. The Lone Republic Steakhouse will feature 30 day aged Certified Angus Beef®.

Like fine wine and cheese improves with time, so does beef. Aging improves beef tenderness and improves flavor. The aging process begins after harvesting with improvements being made after 10 days. .
